Leader: Pam Brockberg

ERTH meets at local churches for lessons and fellowship designed for adults in the Yankton area with physical and mental disabilities. Trinity is hosting ERTH on Saturdays during February from 1-2 pm. Are you available to help make coffee, juice and serve treats while they are here? Please contact Pam to volunteer.

The Education Committee needs new members. Join us! Help plan adult educational opportunities, Sunday school, Confirmation, Milestone Ministry programs, VBS, camp and fun family events throughout the year. Want more information? Contact a current committee member.

Thank you to everyone for the monetary donations for Mercy Meals. The Confirmation students packed 9720 meals on Wednesday night! A fun service project for the students and the nutritional meals will be shipped to families in Haiti. Thank you for helping with this ministry!

LO Summer Camp: For 3rd - 6th grade students - looking at NeSoDak the week of July 26-July 31. If your child is interested in attending summer Bible camp and that works for your family, let me know. Let’s get registered!

With the updates to the bulletin, I am reviewing Taking Faith Home sheets. Would you like to continue to receive them with the announcement page to take home for the week? Would you like them emailed to you at home? Let Pam know so you can continue to use this devotional piece during your week.

Scripture verse for the week is:

Isaiah 9:2

2 The people who walked in darkness
have seen a great light;
those who lived in a land of deep darkness—
on them light has shined.

In planning ahead for next year, please be on the look out for items when they are on sale. For example; school supplies at back to school prices, small t-shirts, shorts, shoes at the end of summer sales and “WOW” items at after Christmas clearance (soccer balls, air pumps, dolls, stuffed animals, etc.) Thank you for helping with Operation Christmas Child throughout the year!!
